For Baton Rouge contractors

You are not short on leads. You are short on good ones.

We sell homeowners a membership. They text us when something breaks. We send the job to you already scoped, with photos, at a house where somebody is expecting you and has already decided to trust our recommendation.

No fee to join. No fee to stay. No fee for a job you do not win.

The whole arrangement, in one screen

No retainer, no exclusivity, no minimum. If we stop sending good work, you stop paying us anything.

What you get

From us, every month.

  • Jobs already described, photographed and scoped before they reach you
  • Homeowners who pay a membership to be organized — they answer the phone
  • We handle the scheduling texts, the reminders and the follow-up
  • You set your own prices. We never negotiate your rate down for a member
  • Repeat work from the same houses, year after year
  • Zero spend on ads, lead services or a sales guy

10% of the invoice

You invoice the homeowner directly, at your price, on your terms. We invoice you monthly for 10% of what you actually collected on jobs we sent you. If the homeowner never pays you, you do not owe us a fee on it.

A $400 service call costs you $40 — less than most lead services charge for a single phone number that three other companies also bought.

What we expect back

Our whole product is that a member does not have to worry about who shows up. That only works if the bar is real.

1

Answer quickly

Accept or pass a job offer within the window. Passing costs you nothing; silence is what hurts the member. We watch acceptance rate and median reply time, and we route the next job accordingly.

2

Show up when you said

Text 30 minutes out. If you are running behind, tell us before the member notices. Most complaints we ever get are about timing, not workmanship.

3

Close the job properly

A before photo, an after photo, and your invoice total. The photos go in the homeowner's file. The total is what our 10% is calculated from, so report every job honestly — that is the one thing that ends the relationship.

The quality bar

Reviewed monthly. Miss these twice and we talk before we route anything else.

What you will need to send us

We verify this before your first job, and we re-check it when it expires. Nothing routes to a vendor whose file is incomplete.

Before your first job

  • W-9 — legal entity name, EIN, and address
  • Certificate of general liability insurance with carrier, policy number and expiry
  • Workers' compensation certificate, or a signed sole-proprietor exemption
  • Trade license where Louisiana requires one — plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or a home-improvement registration
  • Background screening consent for anyone who will be inside a member's house
  • Signed network agreement covering the 10% fee, the re-service policy and the standards above

Why we are strict about it

A homeowner is letting a stranger into their house because we said it was fine. If that stranger is uninsured, we have handed our member a problem instead of solving one — and under Louisiana law an uninsured subcontractor's injury can land on the business that sent him.

So this is not paperwork theater. An expired certificate pauses your account automatically until it is renewed. We will remind you 30 days out.

We are not your general contractor and we do not supervise your work. You contract with the homeowner directly and you carry your own insurance, as an independent business.

Apply to the network

Takes two minutes. If it looks like a fit, we will call you and talk it through — every vendor on our list has had a real conversation with us first.

This is where job offers will go.

By applying you agree we may verify your license, insurance and business standing, and run a background screening on anyone entering a member's home. Nothing here is a contract — if we move forward you will get the full network agreement to read before signing anything.

Questions before you apply?

Call and ask. We would rather explain the 10% on the phone than have you wonder about it.
